Terms of Service

These terms describe the current beta use of RoGenie. RoGenie is an AI assistant for Roblox Studio development and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

Beta Access

RoGenie is in beta. Beta tester access can change as the service prepares for public release, but approved beta testers keep their beta entitlement while beta testing remains enabled unless access is removed for abuse, safety, or policy reasons.

Acceptable Use

Do not use RoGenie to attack services, steal accounts, expose secrets, or create harmful content. Do not submit secrets, private credentials, or data you are not allowed to share.

Generated Output

RoGenie can generate code, assets, and Studio actions. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing a game or using it in production.

Service Availability

RoGenie depends on model providers, Roblox Studio connectivity, and the RoGenie backend. Features may fail, be rate-limited, or be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages.

Accounts and Deletion

Authenticated users can request account deletion from the app settings danger zone. Deletion removes account-owned RoGenie data where supported by the current service implementation.

Billing

Paid checkout is disabled until billing and checkout are explicitly enabled. When paid plans launch, billing terms, plan limits, cancellation behavior, and refund handling are described on the Billing page.
