This page summarizes how RoGenie handles user data during beta.
Information We Process
- Account identifiers such as username, email, OAuth profile details, Discord-linked invite data, and session records.
- Chats, prompts, model responses, screenshots, uploaded attachments, generated mascot metadata, and Studio tool results needed to provide the service.
- Usage records such as token counts, model/provider names, timestamps, plan metadata, and rate-limit state.
- Billing metadata when paid billing is enabled, including Stripe customer, subscription, price, and webhook event identifiers.
How Data Is Used
RoGenie uses data to authenticate accounts, operate Studio-connected workflows, provide model responses, apply usage limits, troubleshoot reports, maintain safety controls, and prepare billing when billing is enabled.
Third-Party Providers
Model prompts and relevant context may be sent to selected AI providers. Billing events are handled through Stripe when paid billing is enabled. Discord may be used for beta invites, support, and message reports.
Secrets and User Keys
RoGenie stores user-provided provider settings only for the user's account and redacts known secret formats in logs. Users should not paste passwords, private keys, or unrelated secrets into prompts.
Deletion
Users can request account deletion from app settings. RoGenie removes account-owned chats, messages, sessions, Studio tokens, usage records, user config, screenshots, mascots, mascot jobs, and local runtime state where supported.
