Billing and Plans

Paid checkout is currently disabled. RoGenie will not create paid subscriptions until billing and checkout are explicitly enabled and verified.

Current Beta

Approved beta testers keep beta access while the beta program remains enabled. Beta access is not a paid subscription and should not create a charge.

Public Plan Structure

• Free: $0 per month, smaller hosted usage limits, and BYOK support.
• Builder: $19 per month, higher hosted usage and automatic provider fallback.
• Pro: $49 per month, higher limits and advanced reasoning model access.
• Studio: $99 per month, highest hosted limits and priority support.

Checkout and Renewals

When paid checkout is enabled, subscriptions will be processed through Stripe. Plan access changes only after RoGenie receives and verifies signed billing events from Stripe.

Cancellations

Users with a Stripe-backed subscription will be able to open the billing portal or request cancellation at period end. Access should remain active through the paid period unless the subscription is otherwise invalid or revoked.

Failed Payments

Failed renewal events may mark a paid subscription past due. A later successful payment event may restore active status. RoGenie still needs live Stripe test-mode verification before paid launch.

Refunds

Refund handling is not live yet. Before charging users, RoGenie must verify refund behavior, entitlement reconciliation, and user-facing support instructions in Stripe test mode.
