Beta Support
During beta, support is handled through the RoGenie Discord/community support path and in-app message reports. Include the chat ID, a short description, and whether Studio was connected when the problem happened.
Bug Reports
Use the in-app report button when a RoGenie response fails. Reports include the relevant chat context and help the release QA process verify fixes before checkmarking resolved reports.
Account and Data Requests
Account deletion is available in app settings under the danger zone. For privacy, billing, or access questions, contact a RoGenie admin through the beta support channel.
Billing Questions
Paid checkout is currently disabled. After paid billing launches, billing questions, cancellation requests, and refund requests should be routed through this support path and the Stripe billing portal where available.
Operational Issues
If RoGenie is unavailable, note the time, model/provider selected, whether the run was active or queued, and any visible error message. Avoid sending API keys, passwords, or private tokens in support messages.
